I accept most parcels for forwarding overseas.
My fee for this is £7.50 per parcel. Please note the price increase will be effective as of Friday 6 July 2012.
First step is for you to Contact Me so that I can provide you with my UK postal address.
Then, simply place your order and forward a copy of the order to me by email. If you do not email me a copy of your order, I will not necessarily be able to match it to your mail forwarding request and I may return it to the company. It is therefore essential that you send me a copy of your order confirmation once you have placed your order.
When I receive your item, I will let you know the cost of shipping using Royal Mail and send you a PayPal invoice. All prices charged are for sending by Airmail which does not have tracking. If you want another Royal Mail service, let me know.
I can provide rough estimates of shipping costs before you place your order, or you can check the Royal Mail website.
Once you have paid the PayPal invoice, I will send the item and notify you that day.
More than one parcel?
Where you are ordering more than one parcel or from more than one retailer, please see Parcel Consolidation. Please contact me prior to placing your order so that when the item arrives, I can easily match it to your request.
Repackaging required?
Please note that mail forwarding may also attract an additional fee of £2.00 if I am required to repackage your items. When repackaging, I will use a tough plastic posting bag or a cardboard box – please email me if you have specific requirements.
Too big or too heavy?
Parcels must be under 2kgs in weight to be sent by Airmail. Where your parcel weighs more than this, I will advise you and can split the parcel into two (or more) packages under 2kgs each. Boxes must also be under 90cms in total, calculated by adding the length, width and height. Where this is the case, I will normally repackage your items into a tough plastic posting bag.
Please note that most Zara boxes are too large to send to Australia so will require repackaging.
Need it quickly?
I am happy to send your parcel by courier (FedEx, DHL, DPD or other service). This will require you to book the courier for collect from the address I specify, and for you to pay the courier directly.
