- You must email me a copy of your order confirmation for any items being delivered to my address. If you don’t, it will delay the process and I cannot let you know I have the item quickly. At this time, please also email me the address for delivery. If you do not, I will post to your PayPal address.
- I will open and inspect all parcels.
- Any goods that are illegal, or suspected to be illegal, or that may not be acceptable for customs will be returned at your cost.
- Where you request a Custom Purchase, I cannot guarantee that I can purchase the item before it sells out. If it does, I can either purchase another item of your choosing, or refund the monies in full (this especially applies to designer/chain store launches).
- I will not mark down items for the purposes of customs declarations.
- All items are posted by Airmail, unless you request otherwise.
- Insurance is recommended for all items. If you choose not to insure your item, it is at your own risk. In the event a parcel goes missing and you require me to lodge a claim with Royal Mail, this will atttract an additional fee. Please note that no claim can be lodged with Royal Mail until 25 business days have passed from the date of posting.
- I reserve the right not to accept certain goods for Mail Forwarding. Please contact me for prior approval if you order is over £200.00.
- Payment is by PayPal only, no exceptions. The invoice I will send you includes PayPal fees of around 3.9% + £0.20.
- My fees are subject to change without notice.
- If you do not contact me about your parcel within 6 months of me receiving it, it will be deemed to have been abandoned.
- You are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions when you contact me via the Contact Me page of this website.
